The Attendance tool settings are incomplete. 2. The device is not connected to the set Wi-Fi hotspot or in the set GPS range. 3. WorkDo hasn&#8217;t been given permission to access your device&#8217;s location. or 4. Unstable internet connection.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Please refer to the steps below to troubleshoot the problem if you cannot clock in\/out with your device.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"secondary\">\n<h5>Troubleshooting Clock In\/Out Issues<\/h5>\n<div class=\"icon\">Plan\uff1a<span class=\"disable\">Free<\/span><span class=\"active\"><a id=\"faqs-link\" class=\"ewd-ufaq-post-margin\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.workdo.co\/en\/pricing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Paid<\/a><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"icon\">Permission\uff1a<span class=\"active\"><a id=\"faqs-link\" class=\"ewd-ufaq-post-margin\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.workdo.co\/en\/ufaqs\/1064\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">All members<\/a><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"icon\">Interface\uff1a<span class=\"active\">App<\/span><span class=\"active\">Web<\/span><\/div>\n<p>Steps\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Have you completed the <a id=\"faqs-link\" class=\"ewd-ufaq-post-margin\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.workdo.co\/en\/ufaqs\/1159\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Attendance tool settings<\/a>?<\/b><br \/>\nThe settings include select employees who are required to clock, set the Wi-Fi hotspots and GPS locations, and whether <a id=\"faqs-link\" class=\"ewd-ufaq-post-margin\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.workdo.co\/en\/ufaqs\/1164\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">remote teams and work from home employees are allowed to remote clock<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><b>Make sure your device is connected to a set Wi-Fi hotspot.<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>iPhone \u2502 Must connect to the Wi-Fi hotspot to clock in\/out.<\/li>\n<li>Android \u2502 Some Android devices are allowed to clock in\/out so long as the hotspot is discovered without having to connect to it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Make sure WorkDo is allowed to obtain your device&#8217;s location.<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>App \u2502 Enter the device settings and select Apps &gt; WorkDo &gt; Permissions &gt; Location and allow access for WorkDo to obtain your device location to clock in\/out.<\/li>\n<li>Web \u2502 Click the padlock icon in front of the browser link and allow location access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Make sure the GPS service is not blocked.<\/b><br \/>\nThe GPS service of your device can be blocked in certain buildings and structures. Please be sure that your device has GPS access before attempting to clock in\/out.<\/li>\n<li><b>GPS drift.<\/b><br \/>\nGPS drift, in the most practical sense, is the difference between your actual location and the location recorded by a GPS receiver. Consumer-grade GPS receivers are not 100% accurate, this will usually cause a difference between your actual location and your recorded location.
