You may also refer to this <a id=\"faqs-link\" class=\"ewd-ufaq-post-margin\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.workdo.co\/en\/ufaqs\/1152\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FAQ for the HR settings details<\/a>.<br \/>\n&nbsp;,<br \/>\n<b>STEP 3 \u2502 Check the Rules of Each Leave Type<\/b><br \/>\nWhen new rules are set for a leave type, they are applicable to new employees, and employees who become eligible for this leave, else, the new rules will be applied the next time it auto-grants. This is done so in consideration that some employees may have applied for this leave already, so in keeping the data correct and consistent, therefore, the system will not change any leave records retroactively.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When employee tenure <b>does not<\/b> affect this leave type.<br \/>\nIn the Detail tab, please check the <b>Default Leave Quota<\/b> and whether this leave is given <b>in proportion<\/b> to new employees are correct.<\/li>\n<li>When employee tenure<b> does<\/b> affect this leave type.<br \/>\nIn the Auto Grant tab, please check the <b>Grant Frequency<\/b> is set correctly.<\/li>\n<li>Grant Frequency<br \/>\nDepending on the option chosen for Grant Frequency, it determines when the leaves are given and in full or not.
